Masonry and Graffiti Removal

Paint on masonry sits in and on the surface of the stone. The laser lifts it off without the ghost outline a pressure washer leaves behind, and without cutting into the face of the brick the way sandblasting does. The texture and the tooling marks stay as they were.

Nothing runs off. There is no chemical stripper soaking into the ground at the base of the wall, no blast media to sweep out of the gutters, and no water pressure driving anything deeper into the stone. On a public building or a heritage frontage that matters as much as the result.

We take graffiti off brick, stone and concrete, and clean soot, efflorescence and general staining off masonry. Municipal work, heritage buildings, commercial frontages and monuments.

Few Things To Know:

N

Very porous stone can hold a shadow. Where paint has soaked deep into soft or open-grained masonry, removing what sits on the surface may still leave a faint mark. We test a hidden patch first so you know what you are getting before we start.

N
Stone is not all the same. Sandstone, limestone, granite, concrete and old soft brick all respond differently, and painted or previously sealed surfaces respond differently again. Every job starts with a test patch, never a guess on a visible wall.
N
Masonry is priced by the hour once you get past a small patch. Access, height and how many layers of paint are on there change the time more than the square footage does, so send a photo and we will give you a real number.
