We use this information for one purpose: to prepare a quote and to contact you about it. Photographs are used to assess the piece and estimate the work. We do not use your details for marketing unless you ask us to, and we do not sell or share your information with anyone else.

How long we keep it

Quote enquiries are kept for as long as we may reasonably need them for follow-up and for our business records. If you would like your enquiry and any photographs deleted, email us and we will remove them.

Where it is stored

Enquiries submitted through the form are stored on this website’s hosting and sent to us by email. We take reasonable steps to keep that information secure, but no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
